Orders and Shipping

At OrganoFoody we sell natural, homemade products from passionate professional. We help you to have cleaner, safer and healthier lifestyle. We are The Shop for good people by good people. 

Provide the detail in register column of My Account button given on right top of home page.

We have 7 to 14 days of processing time as most of our products are made and packaged literally when we receive your order.

At Organo Foody we don’t keep any product inventory. All our items are shipped by professional partners individually. You may receive multiple parcels across days. You will be notified about each item and its status via email.

We won’t be able to edit the details once the product is shipped but we will try our best to reroute your parcel. Kindly email us on wecare@organofoody.com along with changed address.

If you have received shipments from all the sellers and have received partial product, please connect to our support executive at wecare@organofoody.com Your  product(s) might be on their way. It may take 5-10 days to complete the order.

Yes you can buy our products in bulk, Want to buy 6 or more of the same product please write to us on order sales@organofoody.com or message to our Facebook Page as we can help you.

We are working to provide the track facility to our user at the earlist.

No we dont keep yourcredit card information. You are directed to payment gateway to make payment.

We ship to all major part of India. However courier charges apply.

If you need to swap an item

Returns and Exchanges

You are permitted to return goods purchased by you, subject to a valid reason.

You receive a faulty / defective product
or you receive a product that is different from what you booked you can lodge replacement query at wecare@organofoody.com

In case you receive damaged product pls write to wecare@organofoody.com

For any sale query pls write to sales@organofoody.com

For other write to wecare@organofoody.com

In case order is not dispatched we will change the delivery address. Once shipped no action cant be taken.

Yes you can cancell the order on same day before process start.
